In the case that you do not receive a verification email when you sign up, you can follow the following recommendations:
- Make sure you have entered a valid email address when you sign up. A typing error is always possible. In this case, simply repeat your sign up process.
- Check that the verification email is not in your spam or junk mail folder.
- Repeat your sign up and/or resend the verification e-mail by selecting the "Resend e-mail" button.
