In the case that you do not receive a verification email when you sign up, you can follow the following recommendations: 

  • Make sure you have entered a valid email address when you sign up. A typing error is always possible. In this case, simply repeat your sign up process.
  • Check that the verification email is not in your spam or junk mail folder. 
  • Repeat your sign up and/or resend the verification e-mail by selecting the "Resend e-mail" button.
