If you don't receive any notification or mobile or e-mail. It is possible that you have deactivated the reception of notifications.


To reactivate your notifications, go to your profile by clicking on the icon  in the navigation bar.


On the new screen that appears, click on "My Account" and then select "Manage my notifications" at the bottom of the page. 


Also make sure to reactivate the display of your notifications from your smartphone or browser settings. To do this, please follow the instructions below that correspond to your device:
